As part of our service we provide free advice and competitive quotations as well as the following procedures prior to submitting and applications.

• Guidance provided on proposed extension highlighting any planning policies that may affect the proposal prior to submitting the planning application.
• Procedures of planning and building regulation submissions and time scales along with costs for submitting applications to the local authority discussed with client.
• Subject to the quotation being accepted, a survey of the property will be carried out taking into account the clients requirements and all drawing work produced in Auto Cad of the proposed extension.
• Once the drawings have been completed, a second visit to the client will be required to go through the plans and of required changes made prior to submitting the planning application.
• When the drawings have been approved by the client the planning and building regulation applications can be submitted to local authority for approval.
• Finally when the decisions have been made by the local authorities the client will be notified and a set of stamp approved drawings will be issued for your information.
